Wind Raiders Guild Code
PIRATE NAME - Part of your name must be in English.
PERKS - Funding Perks is a must.
GUILD SHIP & DONATIONS -
We aren't really that concerned with donation stats. We want everyone to utilise the guild ship pirates to maximise your rumble points. We don't intend to kick people due to donation stats, but won't put up with people taking advantage without carrying some of the load either.
Some simple guidelines:
• Pirate Hall 1 to 8 don't donate at all. Mainly if someone's request hasn't been filled quickly, you can ask if your
donation is wanted, but not donate until approved. When reaching PH 9, ask before donating.
• Pirate Hall 10 and above try and keep "donated pirates" to "received pirates" to within 50% of the higher number.
• Gunners are the default donation.
• When making a donation, read what is requested and donate accordingly. If you only want high trained crew, ask for it.
• If you don't like someone's stats, then you are not required to donate to the member. Raising the issue with the
leadership group is fine, as no-one appreciates anyone taking crew without giving back.
• At the Captains discretion, a member may be kicked due to low donation stats.
CHAT - Communication with the rest of the guild is vital. All comments must be "family friendly".
RUMBLES -
• Required participation rumbles are held every Monday and Friday US EST. Start times will be advised in in-game chat.
• Expected participation is that each member would conduct more attacks during a rumble than a non-rumble day.
• Required participation is the crew minimum:
Pirate Hall 1 - 12pp
Pirate Hall 2 - 25pp
Pirate Hall 3 - 50pp
Pirate Hall 4 - 100pp
Pirate Hall 5 - 400pp
Pirate Hall 6 - 700pp
Pirate Hall 7 - 1000pp
Pirate Hall 8 - 1300pp
Pirate Hall 9 - 1600pp
Pirate Hall 10 - 1900pp
Pirate Hall 11 - 2200pp
Pirate Hall 12 - 2500pp
Pirate Hall 13 - 2800pp
Pirate Hall 14 - 3100pp
• A rumble will be held every Wednesday that will not require participation, for fun only. It will be known as the "Frumble". Scores will not be tracked and will have no effect on rank. The frumble was added at the request of guild members and will serve only to push our ranking on the rumble leader board.
GUILD EVENTS - Participation is expected for all Guild Events. Minimum participation for Rumbling Guild Events is to total 7 x rumble crew minimum (e.g. PH7 expected to achieve 7x1000=7000.)
PIRATE RANK -
• Captain: TeejMeister (and Pixelmon)
In case the captain is unavailable, please see DMYR4, Shameless Shane, & Ṡovërëïgñ
• Quartermaster is an appointment, not necessarily related to rumble scores, and totally at the discretion of the Captain.
• First Mate: Average score twice the crew requirement.
• Crew: Pirate that averages the crew minimum
• Powder Monkey: reserved for demotion from higher ranks for those pirates not meeting required participation levels. This rank serves as a warning that pirates may be kicked from guild unless they raise their participation levels.
PROMOTION/DEMOTION - will be carried out by the Captain
• Failure to meet a standard on one occasion will not result in demotion
• Outstanding performance on one occasion may result in promotion
• If a pirate communicates the he/she cannot participate in a rumble, he/she will be deemed to have participated.
IF KICKED please join HAPY JACK #2. They offer a casual environment with a mix of pirate levels, and a couple of rumbles a week.
COMMUNICATION - As long as we know what problems are being faced by the guild members, all things can be considered in relation to pirate rank and a position in the guild. The key is communication. Our aim is to keep a friendly and supportive guild without anyone taking unfair advantage from anyone else.
Communication between guilds will be through the Facebook group WIND RAIDERS FLEET, and the use of messenger.
